The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone, address, preferred contact method and selected support options. The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number and message. Please avoid including medical history or sensitive clinical information in optional messages.
Your enquiries
Contact details and enquiry selections are used to respond to your request. When email delivery is connected, submissions are emailed to the review team. Otherwise, submissions are saved on the server. Contact details are not stored in browser storage.
Email update preferences
The newsletter form records your email address and consent on the server, separately from enquiries. Recording your preference does not send an email or connect you to an automated mailing service.
Your basket and external resources
Your basket is saved in browser storage so you can return to it. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the homepage photograph loads from Unsplash; those services receive standard connection information. No analytics or advertising tools are included.
